20 May - 26 November 2023
The Exhibition, which will address issues such as land, borders, migration, cultural identity, globalization and diasporic ties, will act as a kind of workshop, a laboratory in which architects and professionals from a wide range of creative disciplines will chart a course made up of examples drawn from their activities and which the public, made up of participants and visitors, can walk through imagining for themselves what the future may hold.
"After two of the most difficult and divisive years in recorded history, we architects have a unique opportunity to show the world what we do best: to propose ambitious and creative ideas that will help us imagine a more equitable and optimistic future together." (statement by curator Lesley Lokko).
